Custom On-Hold Messaging
Our flagship service. Flashpoint writes your initial on-hold script based on notes you email to us, your website, or both. You select one of our world-class professional voice talents and choose one or two tracks of music from our exceptional online samples. We then custom produce an on-hold mp3 or Audio CD. Each production is typicallly about 3-5 minutes long, usually with about 4-6 short paragraphs about your organization. We have no licensing charges, monthly fees or restrictive contracts. Just great service that makes your company sound fantastic every time you hit the hold button.
On-Hold Equipment
Most music on-hold is done through a business phone system with a music on-hold input. Our digital on-hold players store your production in memory and play the on-hold content into your phone system 24/7 with no moving parts. If you are unsure if your phone system is music on-hold compatible, or if you want music on-hold but don't have a phone system, please contact us and we can go over the details with you.
Generic On-Hold and Music On-Hold Only
Some clients have a phone system serving multiple business names, and others have tight budgets that don't allow for custom on-hold content. Others still prefer just music on-hold with no messages. We have a solution for everyone. Our popular pre-recorded on-hold content comes in several music genres and is available for just $59 for mp3 download or $69 for an Audio CD. We even have CDs with English and Spanish "thanks for holding messages. We also offer royalty free music cds that can be used on-hold if you don't want any messages at all. No matter what your music on-hold need, Flashpoint can fulfill it.
