Flashpoint's custom voice-over services such as On-Hold Messaging, Voice Prompts and Narration all follow a similar process. We have outlined a typical order in detail, from start to finish. 
The Process
- Email us project details or your script for a fast, free, no-obligation estimate
- Complete our one page order form pdf and fax it in to our secure fax -or- mail your order with 50% deposit if paying by check
- We confirm receipt of your order and review your script typically within 1 day -or- Flashpoint writes your message on-hold script based on your notes or website
- Select your voice talent (and music if applicable) online
- Sign and fax or email your final script approval
- We confirm receipt and complete production within 3-4 business days
- For online delivery, you receive a secure download link via email -or- for physical delivery, you receive shipping confirmation via email
- We follow-up on every custom order to ensure your satisfaction
