Unusually long messages, multi-site or resale licensing, and projects that have more than one voice talent will require a direct estimate from us. Although we have taken steps to make this tool accurate for most typical projects, the total shown here is an approximation only. GUARANTEE: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your production within 30 days we will correct the issue(s) at no additional charge (script changes requested after final approval result in additional charges). GENERAL TERMS: Due to their custom nature, our services are non-refundable. Any revisions requested within 30 days will incur a minimum $150 charge. Any additional revisions or revisions requested after 30 days will be billed as a new project at full rates. MUSIC ON HOLD: The Content may only be transmitted via your telephone system to persons connected to the licensed premises by telephone as “music on-hold”. Usage for more than one location requires the purchase of additional licensing. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS: (Available by credit card payment only) Either party may cancel monthly plans in writing at any time after the minimum 12 month term. After the initial year, the contract will automatically renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation of monthly renewals must be received a minimum of three business days before the next charge, and they may not be made in the same calendar month of a production. Unused productions expire at the end of each contract year. After the first year, updates can be done a maximum of one per six month period, per site, on the $49 plan and one per quarter, per site, on the $79 plan. You can update more frequently if you choose to extend your month-to-month payments another year. * FREE PLAYER offer valid for new monthly plan clients only. AUTO-ATTENDANT / VOICEMAIL / IVR: Standard usage is typically auto-attendant(s), voicemail prompts/greetings and /or IVR prompts serving a single organization name at one business location. A licensing charge of 50% of the project total is required if you wish to use the Content for multiple projects, multiple organization names, multiple locations, and/or with products and/or services that are resold to multiple end users. If you are unsure whether your usage requires multi use licensing, please contact us with the project details prior to ordering. NARRATION: The Content may only be used for the single project and usage. A licensing charge of 100% of the project total is required if you wish to use the Content on multiple projects, or with products and/or services that are resold to multiple end users (“buyout” licensing). Most typical applications such as e-learning, website narration, flash demos, and non-broadcast video narration are covered under standard licensing. LICENSING: The music and other audio embodied on your productions (“Content”) are owned and/or licensed by Flashpoint Studios.
