What This Policy Covers

Your privacy is vitally important to us. This policy covers how Flashpoint Studios treats personal information that we collect and receive, including information related to your past use of our products and services. Personal information is information about you (and your company or organization) that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, credit card number, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

What Information We Collect

Information we collect includes (but is not limited to): Company names, contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card numbers, addresses, project scripts, accounting figures, order information, etc.

What We Do With the Information

Flashpoint utilizes personal information to conduct business with you and perform administrative functions related to your account. Your information is used primarily to provide you with the best possible service and carry out your wishes such as fulfilling orders, shipping products, and engaging in direct communication with you. Flashpoint also periodically sends out an email newsletter to our clients and former clients. Current newsletter mailings will not exceed four mailings per year. You may opt-out of all communications for non-administrative purposes by emailing us directly.

Information Disclosure

Flashpoint Studios does not disclose any non-public personal or company information about our clients or former clients, except as indicated in the following:
We do disclose company names as part of a “client list.” However, you may be excluded from our published “client list” upon request. We also occassionally choose audio from client projects to be used as sample material to promote our products and services. You may also be excluded from having your audio chosen for sample material upon request. We will share your personal information with another company only if you have specifically requested or authorized us to do so, or doing so is a necessary part of conducting our business and servicing your orders. Flashpoint will disclose information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We also will disclose information if we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or as otherwise required by law. We may transfer information about you if Flashpoint Studios is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Flashpoint will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. We will under no circumstancessell or share your information with advertisers, spammers, etc.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Flashpoint Studios may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address on file or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Less significant changes will simply be updated online and reflected on this page.

Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to Flashpoint staff and contractors who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you.
