Flashpoint Studios — Returns
Flashpoint wants to be sure you are happy with your order. If you have any pre-sales questions, please contact us. Products in new condition can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Any express shipping charges are non-refundable. Downloadable products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Returns must be sent to us in new condition, undamaged, in original packaging, with all parts and a clearly indicated Return Authorization Number, or they cannot be accepted. Products in our store carry manufacturers' warranties of one to three years. We are happy to provide manufacturer information if needed. 
Return Procedure
- Contact us with your concern after you receive your order
- If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will email RMA details to you
- Return your product to us in new, undamaged condition within 30 days of your order
- We inspect the return and issue a credit or refund via the same method as your original payment
- Credits or refunds are processed within one week
