The USB60 from ProDigital is our most highly recommended music on hold player. While similar to the On Hold Plus OHP 8000, the USB60 has the added advantage of a backlit LCD screen for easily adjusting levels, tone and playback mode. The USB60 can also be put on a shelf or wall mounted with the included compact wall mount bracket. Moving on hold message files to the PD USB60 on hold player is quick and simple. Insert the included USB Flash Drive into the USB port of your PC or Mac and the computer will recognize it as a removable drive. Drag and drop the music on hold file(s), onto the USB Drive. Remove the USB Drive from the computer and insert it into the USB60. That’s all there is to it! This premium on hold equipment is perfect for receiving your Flashpoint custom music on hold content or our prerecorded music on hold mp3s by email or online download. Best of all, like the OHP 8000, the USB60 automatically restarts after any power failure, making it far more reliable and consistent than consumer audio devices sometimes used as on hold equipment.
