If you have decided to get great sounding Flashpoint voice prompts for your auto-attendant, voicemail, IVR, or other telephony voice application, congratulations! Depending on your project, we have three potential ways to get your new voice messages to you.
Digital File Transfer
Digital file delivery tends to offer the best results in sound quality and ease of implementation. However, this option is only available to clients with computer-based phone and voice mail systems, or certain virtual pbx services. We can provide your prompts in WAV, MP3, or just about any other format your system requires. Upon completion, we email you a secure download link. You simple click the link to download via any web browser.
Phone Patch
With this option, Flashpoint delivers an audio CD or MP3 files. Each track will be an individual prompt/greeting. We offer a $29 "Phone Patch" adapter cable that lets you to connect any portable CD or MP3 player to your phone handset. You then call into your system as you normally would, except you play your voice prompts with the ipod or portable CD player instead of reading them yourself. With this option, you retain a hard copy or electronic copy of your project. Sound quality is great on most systems, but can sound a bit hollow or muffled on some systems.
Live Record
A live record offers the fastest turn around (usually one to two days), however we offer this option only if you have just one or two standard length voicemail greetings. Simply email us with your script and step by step call-in instructions for recording your prompts. This option is fast and offers good quality, but please be aware that no studio copy or backup is created with live recordings.
